牛奶中三聚氰胺的显微拉曼光谱检测新方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 乳制品食用安全性是食品安全领域关注的热点问题之一。以牛奶中最为典型的非法添加物三聚氰胺为研究对象,将咖啡环效应与显微拉曼技术相结合,充分利用咖啡环现象的高效分离富集作用和显微拉曼光谱的微区分析能力和成像功能,并辅以针对性的化学计量学算法,发展了一种牛奶中三聚氰胺的简便、高效检测方法。本方法对牛奶中三聚氰胺的检出限为1×10-6,与普通拉曼检测方法相比检测灵敏度提升了103~104倍。
