摘要
针对屯兰选煤厂浮选精煤质量与回收率不可兼得的现象,提出了煤泥三产品浮选工艺,并通过理论分析和试验研究验证了三产品煤泥浮选的可行性与适用性。采用三产品煤泥浮选工艺,不仅可以解决高灰细泥对精煤的污染以及尾煤存在低灰粗颗粒的浮选问题,实现选煤厂精煤产率最大化的目标,同时可以改善产品结构,提高资源的利用效率。三产品浮选工艺有利于控制产品指标,实现精煤产率最大化,可为同类型选煤厂煤泥浮选工艺的设计提供参考。
Tunlan Coal Washery is facing the trouble of being unable to lay equal stress on both quality and yield of flotation concentrate at the same time. A 3-product flotation process is therefore proposed, and the feasibility and necessity of the use of the proposed process are verified through both theoretical analysis and experimental study. With the use of the process, there can be seen not only elimination of contamination of concentrate by high-ash fine slime, loss of low-ash coarse coal particles in tailings, in- crease of concentrate yield to a maximum, but also optimization of product mix, and enhancement of coal resources utilization efficiency. Moreover, the product specifications are rendered easier to control. The study made in the paper may serve as a reference for design of slime flotation process.
