摘要
介绍了双质体卧式振动卸料离心机的振动原理,研究了WZYT1500双质体卧式振动卸料离心机弹簧性能,并在此基础上设计了WZYT1600卧式振动卸料离心机弹簧,研究了剪切、正压力、温度、动刚度等因素对弹簧刚度的影响和变化规律。运用有限元技术对弹簧性能进行了分析,并对其进行单机和带煤调试。研究结果表明,双质体卧式振动卸料离心机的弹簧设计方法可行,为此系列弹簧的优化设计提供了依据。
Following an introduction to the principle of vibration of the double-mass vibrational-discharge centrifuge , the paper goes to elaborate on the design of the springs for use on the WZYT 1500 horizontal vibrational-discharge centrifuge based on the study of the performance of the springs used on the WZYT 1500 version. The studies made involve the effects on rigidity of spring produced by such factors as shear, positive pressure, temperature and dynamic stiffness, and the laws of their variation. Finally, an analysis is made of the performance of the spring designed using finite-element method. As evidenced by test made with the spring on the WZYT 1600 double-mass horizontal vibrational-discharge centrifuge which runs either individually or under load-up condition, the method for the design of the spring for use on such a kind of centrifuge is feasible. This may provide the basis and direction for realizing optimum design of series springs.
