摘要 针对吕家坨选煤厂粗煤泥含量高,原煤分级脱泥困难,以及原煤截粗系统水力分级旋流器组脱泥效果较差等问题。通过采用三锥角水介质旋流器代替FX600×3水力分级旋流器组并配置相关辅助设备的方式对粗煤泥分选工艺进行改进,有效解决了粗煤泥分选的问题,并改善了重介旋流器及浮选系统的分选效果,提高了原煤小时入选量和精煤产率,同时也为其他选煤厂的改造提供了较好的参考价值。 The problems confronted by the plant are the difficulty in raw coal sizing and desliming operation due to high content of coarse slime in raw coal and poor desliming performance of the hydrocycle battery used for retaining coarse particles. Work is therefore made on improvement of the coarse slime separation system. Through the use of 3-cone water-only cyclone in place of the FX600 × 3 classifying hydrocyclone originally used and improvement of related auxiliary equipment, there has been seen an improvement of the performance of coarse slime treatment, heavy-medium cyclone and flotation system, as well as increase of treating capacity and yield of clean coal.
