基于筛孔形状的原煤分级筛筛板改造与应用 被引量:5

摘要 为了解决塔山矿原煤车间筛板存在物料积聚,影响筛分效率的问题,对塔山矿原煤车间分级筛筛板进行了结构改造。结合筛板结构跟筛分效率之间的关系,确定最有利于分级的筛板结构为出料段第一、二排采用180 mm×250 mm椭圆形筛孔筛板,其他排采用150 mm×200 mm椭圆形筛孔筛板。应用结果表明:聚料和卡筛问题明显减少,满足了生产要求,此次改造对分级筛分作业具有重要指导意义。 The efficiency of the raw coal sizing screen in the raw coal pre-treatment working of Tashan mine coal washery is affected due to accumulation of material on screen plate. Therefore, work is made on technical transformation of the structural design of the screen plate and determination of screen efficiency in relation to plate structure. Finally, the optimum plate structure that can facilitate the sizing operation is defined. It is found through study that at the discharge end, the first and the second row of the screens should use plates with 180 mm × 250 mm oval-shaped holes. Field application shows that the screens work remarkably well and the troubles like accumulation of material on screen plate and blocking of screens have been noticeable reduced. The work made in the paper is of guiding significance for sizing operation.
