摘要 河北省是雾霾天气的重灾区,政府对于雾霾的治理与监测越来越重视,发改委、环保、测绘、气象等有关部门对雾霾的产生、防治进行了深入的调查与研究。常规地基监测手段只能探测局部区域,探测范围有限,利用新型遥感监测技术从影像反演气溶胶厚度、扬尘地表遥感解译、秸秆焚烧航天与航空结合三个方面探究雾霾污染源的监测思路和工作方法,收集信息及时提供政府决策,从而达到大范围雾霾监测的目的。 Hebei Province is an area polluted seriously by haze weather.The provincial government has paid more and more attention to the governance and monitoring of fog.Some departments like the National Development and Reform Commission,the Environmental Protection Department,the Surveying and Mapping Department,the Meteorological Departments etc.have taken actions to investigate and study generation causes and the prevention and cure methods of haze.Conventional gound-based monitoring method can only detect local area due to the limited detection range.Latest remote sensing monitoring technology can provide a new way of thinking and working method to explore the polluted haze sources and causes by combining three aspects of data including remote sensing image inversion thickness of aerosol,dust surface image interpretation,straw burning monitoring through aerospace and aviation means to collect information in a timely manner and to provide government decision-making,so as to achieve a wide range of fog monitoring purposes.
