摘要
经济增长与产业结构优化相辅相成,经济增长的过程也是产业结构演化的过程,产业结构的合理化、产业之间的耦合程度决定了国家经济所能达到的高度。产业结构的变动、优化、升级与科技紧密相关,科技进步推动了产业结构的变化。对江苏新兴产业进行调查分析以后,提出了新兴产业的内涵和外延是一个动态变化的过程,认为创新平台建设、人才、金融支撑、完整的产业生态系统是新兴产业得以发展的保障。
Economic growth and industrial structure optimization are interconnected. The process of economic growth reflects the evolution of industrial structure. Rationalization of industrial structure and degree of coupling among industries determine the height an economy can reach. The change,optimization and upgrading of industrial structure are promoted by scientific and technological progress. After a survey of the emerging industries in Jiangsu province,it is proposed that the denotation and connotation of emerging industries are dynamic and changing. Innovation platform construction,talent,finanical support and complete industrial ecosystem are believed to guarantee the development of emerging industries.
