点浇口对多孔支架基片充填流动平衡的影响

摘要 充填平衡性问题是影响塑件成型精度的主要因素之一,注射成型的过程中,浇注系统是决定充填平衡的关键。本文以具有阵列特征的医用多孔支架基片为研究对象,设计了1模1腔,浇注系统为H形均布的6点浇口成型注射模。为观察浇口对充填流动的影响,以螺杆计量段5mm为阶梯进行短射实验,观察熔体前沿位置及流动平衡情况。根据万能工具显微镜测量的浇口数据,修改浇口截面尺寸使熔体流动达到平衡,提高了多孔支架基片成型质量。 Filling balance of injection molding is one of the main factors that influence the precision of plastic products. Injection system is a key factor to determine the filling balance. Based on the medical muhihole bracket substrate as the research object, the mould was designed in the form of one module and one cavity, and the injection system was designed in the shape of H to achieve the uniform distribution of the six point gates. In order to study the influence of gate on filling balance, a short shot experiment was taken to observe the melt front position and flow balance, which was measured on the screw metering section with the grade of 5mm. According to the data tested by universal tool-measuring microscope, the section size of the gates was modified to achieve the balance of the melt flow, which will improve the quality of the products.
