摘要
介绍了断路器转轴的结构特点和成型工艺难点,完成了压注模成型结构设计;分析了模具加料系统、模具隔热结构设计、模内切浇口结构设计、模具成型零件设计等。结果表明,保证了塑件的内在及外观质量,提高了模具压注效率和模具使用寿命,节约了能源。
This paper introduced the structural features and difficulties in molding process of circuit breaker rotary shaft and completed the structure design of injection molding, analyzed the mold feeding system, mold insulation structure design, mold inside gate structure design, molding parts design and so on. The results show that the internal and external quality of plastic parts is ensured,the injection efficiency and the service life of the mold are improved, and the energy is saved.
