A New Type of Forging Die Structure for Complicated Valve Bodies

针对阀门的部分阀体比较复杂,采用普通的哈呋模具或上下平模不能成型,可能会在阀体内部产生冷隔或折迭的质量隐患,特别是流动性差的一些材料。如采用锻造成型,则须采用不同于普通的哈呋模或平模,才能实现无内在质量隐患的锻造模具,本文所涉及到的新型红冲模具基本可以满足这类阀体的锻造要求。

Some parts of the valve body is complex,it will not forming if use ordinary huff die or the upper and lower fiat die, quality problems of cold lap or folding may caused, especially some materials are illiquid.Forging is necessary to adopt a different huff die or flat die, that can realize the forging die without inherent quality defects.The new heat treatment die related in this paper can meet the requirements basically of this type of valve forging.
