摘要 针对摄像机下盖产品利用手动夹具进行生产时,该压铸铝件变形比较大,平面度控制在±0.5mm,工件在工作台上放不平,有弹刀振文现象出现,导致报废率很高,出现加工效率低,装夹时间长等问题。结合零件结构特点,把手动夹具改造成气动夹具,利用双作用汽缸实现气动夹具工作,采用合理的工艺参数和加工方法,解决切削过程中出现的弹刀振文现象,缩短了装夹时间,有效提高了生产效率。 In view of the camera lower cover when the product use manual fixture carries on the production, this product is presses the cast-aluminium, the distortion quite is big, flatness control in ±0.5mm, the work piece puts on the work table not evenly, has the ball knife to inspire the article phenomenon appearance, causes the condemnation factor to be very high, appears the processing efficiency to be low, the attire clamps the time long and so on the questions. The binder unique feature,transforms the manual fixture the air operated fixture,the use doubleacting cylinder realization air operated fixture work, uses the reasonable craft parameter and the processing method, the ball knife which in the solution cutting process appears inspires the article phenomenon, reduced the attire to clamp the time, enhanced the production efficiency effectively.
