基于红外光谱技术迅速鉴别有机白菜和常规白菜

摘要 有机蔬菜与常规蔬菜相比,需要更多劳力和更密集的技术,深受广大消费者的喜爱。但是人们很难用肉眼辨别有机蔬菜的真伪。将不同来源的同一品种白菜经简单前处理后,进行红外光谱检测时得到明显不同的谱图,将这些谱图与有机白菜的红外谱图比对,能快速鉴别出有机蔬菜的真伪。 Compared with ordinary vegetables, organic vegetables need more labours and more intensive technology. Because of intensive and meticulous farming, organic vegetables are favoured by general public. Whereas the authenticity of organic vegetables is difficult to discriminate. In this paper, Chinese cabbages of different sources are detected by IR after simple dispose, the different IR spectra can easily distinguish between organic Chinese cabbages and ordinary Chinese cabbages.
