当前中国进入到经济发展速度放缓,经济结构优化转型,经济发展从要素驱动到创新驱动的新环境,大众创业、万众创新成为社会经济发展活力的方向标,转型期的新建本科高校必须以需求为导向,从实践教学目标系统、条件系统、组织系统、监控及评价系统、信息反馈系统等方面,构建以培养学生实践应用能力、创新创业能力为根本,以"知识、能力、素质"协调发展的多维互动的实践教学体系,以促进应用型人才质量提高,培养经济社会所需的高素质创新创业人才。

The public business and people＇s innovation is becom-ing the direction of social and economic development vigor. The transformation of the newly built undergradu-ate course colleges and universities must orient from the demand, from practical teaching target system, condi-tion system, organization system, monitoring and evaluation system, information feedback system, etc, whichfoster students＇ practical application ability and innovation ability, and coordinate the development of theknowledge, ability and quality of practice teaching system of the multidimensional interaction, and improvequality of applied talents, cultivation of economic and social needs of high-quality innovative entrepreneurialtalent.
