公安政务微信在警务实战中应用的不足与发展策略

On Deficiency and Development Strategy of Public Security Affair Wechat Application in Policing Practice

公安机关利用公安政务微信提升警务实战效果已初步显现,各级公安机关也开始积极关注并开发应用。由于部分管理部门重视程度不高、管理缺失,应用功能较零散、不全面、缺乏与微博间的联动等因素制约,公安政务微信警务实战潜能未充分挖掘。应从提高重视意识、完善管理体系、与微博功能相互补充、功能整合及优化设计、充分挖掘警务实战应用工作方式和应用领域等方面寻求发展策略。

The practical effect of public security affair Wechat is initially obvious, which causes the attention of the public security organs at all levels and is applied widely. However, the practical potential of Wechat has not been fully ex- cavated because of low degree of emphasis from some administrative department, lack of administration, fragmented appli- cation function, and lack of linkage between Weibo, etc,. The author suggests the following development strategies： improve the value consciousness, perfecting management system, finding mutual complementation with Weibo function, integrating function and optimizing design, and making full use of application method and fields from policing practice.
