摘要
试制样车的综合状态水平对产品车质量及市场表现有比较深刻的影响,在整车开发环节中受重点关注。首先明确了不同阶段试制样车的制造状态及用途,在此基础上建立了试制样车的整体状态评价体系。运用了层次分析法(AHP)确定体系中每一项指标的权重,并以某车型为例,运用模糊数学方法对实车进行状态测评,根据测评结果,有针对性地提出后续开发过程中的关注及改进意见。
The overall status of prototype deeply influences the product quality and market performance which is focused great attention during the vehicle development process. The evaluation system is established on the manufacturing status and test usage of the prototype of different stage. The weights for each indicator are confirmed according to the AHP, and the status of the vehicle is evalua- ted with the method of fuzzy mathematics, also a certain type of vehicle is taken as an example. According to the evaluation results, the attention and improvement of the follow -up development process are pointed.
