摘要
自首次提出车外通过噪声新测试方法(简称方法B)的ISO 362-1:2007法规发布以来,方法B技术要求经过多次修改,直至EU 540/2014法规的部分条款仍存在边界条件模糊、判定方法不明确的问题。通过对欧标EU 540/2014及ECE R51-03法规的比对研究,结合ISO 362-1法规2015版相关规定,介绍了方法B制定的背景和基本原理,旨在阐明一套完整的车外通过噪声新方法测试及结果评定流程。同时通过样车测试,进一步论证其应用过程。
With first new method of exterior passing noise made by vehicle (Hereinafter called as method B) published by ISO 362-1:2007, followed continuously modifying technical requirements of mehtod B, remaining unclear for partial boundary conditions and test methods until EU 540/2014 regulation .By comparing and studying EU 540/2014 and ECE R51-03 regulations, referring to relating requirements of ISO 362-1:2015 regulation ,introducing enacting background and fundamental principle for method B, expounding a complete testing and calculating procedure of results for new method of exterior passing noise made by vehicle. Meanwhile, expounding in further process of application of method B based on actual testing.
