摘要
某车型行李箱盖在使用过程中发生锁扣断裂失效,本文通过进行扫描电镜微观分析断裂样件,确定锁扣失效的模式;然后通过对锁扣力学性能、零件定义、车身制造精度及装配调整等方面展开分析,得出锁扣耐久性能不高和装配调整较差等主要原因;最后通过更换锁扣材料、局部结构优化和提高装配精度,经实车验证有效地解决了锁扣断裂问题。
Fracture failure of striker in operating trunklid on a vehicle was occurrea, By carrying out microscopic analysis in the fracture specimen, failure mode of striker was determined. By carrying out cause analysis, mechanical properties, part definition, body manufacturing accuracy and assembly adjustment were analyzed in detail. It was concluded that the main reason for the fracture were the bad durability and poor assembly adjustment. Finally, by replacing the material, structural optimization and better assembly accuracy, the problem of striker fracture is effectively solved after real vehicle validation.
