Research on the Reactive Strategies of Enterprise Energy Conservation and Environment Protection

运用案例分析法，选择山东某电力公司为样本，梳理该企业主要产污环节及污染治理设施、企业的环保体系认证以及环保信息交流等情况，从开源节流、设备改造、环境治理和制度建设等方面分析该企业节能环保的基本做法。在此基础上，研究提出企业节能环保反应型策略的一般模式。

With the method of case analysis, selecting an electric power company of Shandong province as a sample, the thesis dissects the enterprise＇ s producing pollution process, pollution treatment facilities, environmental management system certification and environmental information exchange, etc. Moreover, the paper analyzes the enterprise＇ s fundamental measures of energy conservation and environmental protection from the aspect of increasing income ＆ reducing expenditure, equipment modification, environmental governance and system construction. On this basis, the study puts forward the general form of the reactive strategies of enterprise energy conservation and environment protection.
