毛精纺是烟台南山学院纺织工程专业发展的特色方向，借助南山纺织服饰有限公司特殊的地理优势，对纺织工程专业人才培养模式进行研究探讨，建立了“以企业为依托，以毛纺织技术为导向，实践基于现代纺织工程技术的、以综合创新能力为引导”的应用型人才培养模式。

Worsted fabric is the characteristics of textile engineering specialty of Yantai Nanshan University, talents training mode of textile engineering specialty has been studies with the favourable geographical position of Nanshan Fabrics ＆ Garments Co., Ltd. Applied talents training mode which be oriented to wool textile technology, meet the needs of enterprises, emphasize on practicing of modern textile engineering technology and innovation capacity has been established.
