“一带一路”与“欧亚倡议”对接下的中韩战略合作

Sino-ROK Strategic Cooperation in the Terms of Connection Between ＂the Belt and Road＂ and ＂Eurasia Initiative＂

中韩两国政府首脑已于2015年10月31日就对接＂一带一路＂与＂欧亚倡议＂签署备忘录,以挖掘两国合作的契合点,实现两国共同发展目标。中韩两国的国家战略对接,既有具体的对接领域,又可在战略层面为两国带来战略红利。但中国也应在防范潜在风险的同时,积极推进中韩两国的深度合作,为＂一带一路＂战略与其他国家战略的对接打造成功的样本范式。

On October 31,2015,heads of Government of China and Korea signed a memorandum of cooperation to Connecting ＂the Belt and Road＂ with ＂Eurasia Initiative＂ in order to achieve common development goals between the two countries.The Connection of China and Korea＇s national strategies possibly bring prospects not only for specific areas,but also at the strategic level for the two countries.But China should also like to guard against potential risks and uncertainties of China-ROK relations,and simultaneously promote the depth of cooperation between China and Korea to set a success case for the ＂ the Belt and Road＂ initiative.
