中韩FTA生效形势下的韩国对华投资研究:基于1988～2014年数据的分析与展望

A Study on Korean FDI in China under the Sino-Korea FTA＇s Taking Effect：Analysis and Outlook Based on Data of 1988-2014

展望中韩FTA生效后的韩国对华投资前景,需要基于系统数据的研究。根据1988~2014年韩国对华投资数据,对韩国在华投资总体走势、产业分布和投资动机进行分析发现,韩国对华投资呈周期性波浪式增长趋势,主要集中在电子和汽车等制造业领域,利用廉价劳动力和开拓市场两大投资动机此消彼长。在当前中国经济新常态增长格局、＂一带一路＂开放战略及中韩FTA生效的新形势下,韩国企业可能会利用中韩FTA的贸易自由和投资便利新机会,进行针对价值链环节重组的投资,以提升市场应变和拓展能力。

In order to conduct an outlook for the future of Korean FDI in China under the Sino-Korea FTA,general trend,structural distribution and entry motivation of the Korean FDI in China are studied based on official statistics data covering the period of 1989-2014.Korean FDI in China performs a cyclical fluctuation and concentrates in manufacturing industries where electronics and automobile as the top two sectors.Within the main motivations of Korean FDI in China,the cheap labor force utilization declines while domestic market exploitation increases.Under the new business environment in China with New Normal economic growth, ＂the Belt and Road＂ opening strategy and Sino-Korea FTA＇s taking effect,Korean firms would utilize the new opportunities of free trade and convenient investment arrangements to transform the invest strategies for value chain restructuring in order to improve dynamic capability and satisfy the market requirement.
