永定河水资源现状与管理探讨

Study of water resources management and countermeasures of Yongding river

结合北京市水资源现状和特点,分析北京市境内永定河流域水资源情况、降水特点;以地表水为主,从洪水调度和日常水资源调度2个方面分析永定河水资源管理现状、管理权限、管理流程和存在问题,提出南水北调进京后,永定河水资源管理所面临新的挑战,同时需要完善永定河水资源管理制度和监测设施等,提高水资源管理和调度的科学性。

Combing with the present situation and characteristics of water resources and general situation of water resources and rainfall characteristics of Yongding rive in Beijing was evaluated . Water resources is dominated by surface water. Combined with practical work, authors have sketched the administration authority, flow control and existing problem of Yongding river from aspects of flood and daily water resources dispatching, meanwhile, authors have summarized the status of the water resources river and pointed out the new challenges after the Sout-North water transfer project management of Yongding having been implemented in Beijing. Meanwhile, authors have proposed to seize new opportunities to improve the water resources management system of the Yongding river and the monitoring facilities to enhance the management and dispatch level of water resources
