In this paper,the reconstruction project of rural credit cooperatives built by masonry-concrete structure was introduced. According to the proposed reconstruction plan,the building targeted was detected and appraised. In order to confirm the reasonable reinforced design plan,the bearing capacity of building was checked and calculated,and the probable problems after reconstruction were analyzed. The design plan could be considered as references for similar projects.
