以中交三航管片厂为例,主要介绍管片厂标准化的建设与管理。根据盾构预制混凝土衬砌管片的生产特点,建立相应的标准化厂房、流水线、养护设施及堆场,利用信息化的方式串联整个管片预制生产过程。

This paper chinatransportation Sanhang segment factory as an example,introduces the construction and management of factory standard segment. According to shield precast concrete lining production characteristics,establish a standardized plant,the corresponding line,maintenance facilities and storage yard,using the information of series the whole production process of precast segments.
