摘要
重点阐述了福建省福州市金山大桥跨江供水管道工程的管材选择过程、工程设计要点和施工焊接方法,并利用实际测压、测流资料反算出新旧管材的海曾—威廉系数,核算新型管材通水后的使用效果,认为跨江供水工程中采用内衬不锈钢复合钢管工艺,具有水头损失小、耐腐蚀能力强的特点,能为城市供水安全提供更好的保障。其次,基于该工程为福州市首次采用新型管材进行跨江供水工程,在异型材料管配件连接和新型管材本身的特殊焊接工艺上仍显经验不足,建议今后类似工程中尽量采用与主管材材质相同的管配件,而且要针对内衬不锈钢复合钢管的特殊焊接工艺引进专业技术人员,以方便新型管材检修维护。
Based on the analysis of the pipe material selection,engineering design and construction methods,this article makes a point that Lining Stainless Steel Composite pipe has low head loss and strong anticorrosion in Jinshan Bridge river-crossing pipeline engineering. In this paper,the actual pressure and flow rate was used to calculate the Hazen – Williams equation coefficient of the new and old pipe material. According to the coefficient,the effect of the new pipe in water passing is discussing. It is the first time to use new pipe for River-crossing Pipeline Engineering in Fuzhou. However,there is lack of experience in the connection of special material pipe and fitting and the special welding process of new materials. What's more,this article offers some suggestions that using similar material fitting as the main pipe texture like this project in the future,if possible. In addition,it's better to introduce professionals about the special welding process who using Lining Stainless Steel Composite Pipe to convenient repair and maintenance.
