后纵隔肿瘤患儿的护理研究

Nursing Study on Children with Back Mediastina Tumor

目的 探讨后纵隔肿瘤患儿并发症的有效预防和护理方法。方法 通过统计25例后纵隔肿瘤患儿的临床资料,分析引起惠儿术后并发症的危险因素,观察针对这些危险因素而采取的预防和护理措施的效果。结果 本组25例,得到安全有效的救治,无一例发生并发症,无发生因术后躁动所造成的危害。结论 后纵膈肿瘤应提高术前诊断,及早行手术切除,术前制订冶疗和护理措施,使患儿得到安全有效的救治,消除肿瘤压迫心脏的肺的危险。

Abstract Objective To explore the effective prevention of complication and nursing ways in children with back mediastina tumor. Methods To analyze the danger factors inducing post-operation complication of children, to observe the effects of prevention and nursing to these danger factors through clinic data of 25 children with back mediastina tumor, and adopt Ramsay sedation index to evaluate sedation level of children with post-operation jumpy. Result 25 cases could gain safe, effective cure, had no any complication, and no any harm from post-operation jumpy. Conclusion To boost preoperation diagnosis,to do resection as soon as possible, to draw treatment and nursing measures, all these made children gain safe, effective cure and eliminated the danger which tumor oppresses heart, lungs.
