摘要
目的 调查高校教职工血压状况,分析其高血压病患病率、职业、年龄分布特点。方法 按照1999年WHOASH高血压病诊断标准,对广东某高校教职工2002年526人的健康检查结果进行分析。结果 本组高校教职工高血压总患病率为15.39%,男为10.76%,女为21.01%;其中单纯收缩期高血压(含亚组)占44.44%,高血压Ⅰ级(含亚组)占40.74%。高血压Ⅱ级(中度)占12.35%, 高血压Ⅲ级.(重度)占2.47%。职业分组中高血压患病率:离退人员组为41.7%,后勤服务组为11.11%,行政管理组为5.21%:教师教辅组为1.44%。年龄分组中高血压患病率表现为:男女两组均随年龄增大而患病率增高,40岁以下组患病率明显低于50岁以上组(P<0.01)高血压患者集中分布在50岁以上各年龄组中,女性各年龄组高血压患病率高于男性。结论 本组高校教职工高血压患病率低于其他文献,说明高血压病的”三级预防”措施能有效防治高血压病极其并发症的发生、发展。
Purpose Investigation the blood pressure condition of college teachers and workers, analysising the rate, occupation, distributing characteristics of age of high blood pressure. Method By examining standard of 1999 WHO/ISH high blood pressure (HBP), comparing the health examining result of a college's teachers and workers in 2002, the total number of them is 526. Result In this group, the total rate of HBP is 15. 39%, Male's is 10. 76%, Female's is 21.01 %Among them, single constraction period of HBP (include paregroup) is 44.44%, HBP Ⅰ (include paregroup) is 40.74%, HBP 11 (middle grade) is 12. 35%,HBP Ⅲ (seriousness grade)is 2.47%.The rate of HBP in the groups divided by occupation: the retiring people is 41. 77%, the group of logistics and service is 11. 11 %, the group of administration and management is 5.21 %, the group of teaching auxiliary is 1. 44%. The perfermance of the rate of HBP in the groups divide by age is: the rate of HBP of female is higher than that of male, It is increasing with age in these two groups. The rate of HBP of groups whose age is below 40 years old is obvious lower than that of groups whose age is over 50 years old(P<0.01).The HBP patients concentrately distribute in groups whose age is over 50 years old. Conclusion the rate of college teachers and workers of this group is obvious lower than that of average level, it shows that prevention of third grade is effective to prevent HBP occurrence and development of its complications.
