气囊助产对产妇心理状态、分娩质量的结局影响及护理体会

The impact of airbag midwifery on maternal mental state and the delivery quality and nursing experience

目的分析产妇行气囊助产术后对其心理状态、分娩质量、结局的影响,并探讨护理体会。方法选取本院2015年2月至2016年2月收治的120例自然分娩初产妇作为本次研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例,对照组行常规自然分娩,观察组行气囊助产。分娩完成后比较两组焦虑、抑郁评分、产程、分娩结局。结果观察组产后焦虑、抑郁评分明显较对照组低,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的第一、二产程以及总产程均明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的阴道分娩率为85.0%,较对照组的60.0%高,观察组的新生儿窒息率为1.7%,明显低于对照组的15.0%,两组阴道分娩率、新生儿窒息率比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在产妇产程中行气囊助产,同时给予护理干预,可有效缓解产妇焦虑、抑郁的不良心理状态,缩短产程,增加阴道分娩率,减少新生儿窒息率。

Objective Analysis on the influence of airbag midwifery on maternal psychological state, delivery quality, outcomes, and to explore nursing experience.Methods 120 cases of primary maternal natural childbirth, given birth in our hospital during February 2015 and February 2016, were enrolled in this study. They were divided into a control group and observation group. 60 patients in the control group underwent conventional natural childbirth, the observation group adopted airbag midwifery. After delivery, anxiety and depression scores, labor, birth outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results Postpartum anxiety and depression scores in observation group were significantly lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O. 05）. The first and second stage of labor and total labor of observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0. 05）. Vaginal delivery rate of observation group was 85.0%, which was higher than 60.0% of the control group. The neonatal asphyxia rate was 1.7% in observation group, which was significantly lower than the 15.0% in the control group, the differences were significant （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusions Airbag midwifery combined with nursing intervention can relieve anxiety, depression and poor psychological state, shorten the production process, increase the rate of vaginal delivery and reduce neonatal asphyxia.
