试析国际规制概念 被引量：1

摘要 当今世界的重要特征之一是世界各国在政治、经济、文化等各方面的相互依存程度日益深化,尽管不同的理论对这一现象的原因、意义作出了大相径庭的解释,但却无一否认这一事实的存在。与此相适应的一个现象是国际规制(International Regime)在国际政治中发挥着越来越重要的作用,突出表现为:国际规制在国际事务中发挥作用的领域日益广泛,参与的程序更加深入,行动能力与权威性大大增强,而其自身的规范化、制度化程度也逐步提高。与此同时,“
