采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对齐齐哈尔冰球教练员创新能力进行深度分析。冰球动员的成长与发展与其教练员的创新能力息息相关,通过对创新型冰球教练员的界定,分析齐齐哈尔冰球教练员创新能力现状,提出"一带一路"战略下冰球教练员创新能力培养要从加强学习和培训、培养创新精神、创新训练能力、科研能力等方面抓起;旨在为冰球教练员创新能力培养提供理论参考和实践建议,助力最美冰球城市冰球运动快速发展。

With the methods of literature information,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the paper has a further analysis on the coaches＇ innovation ability of Qiqihar ice hockey.The growth and development of ice hockey players is closely related to the coaches＇ innovative ability.Basing on the definition of innovative coaches,the paper analyzes the coaches＇ current innovation ability of Qigihar ice hockey.It thinks that the development of their innovation ability under the ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂ strategy should be started with strengthening the learning and training,developing the innovative spirit,innovative training ability and scientific research ability.The purpose is to provide a theoretical reference and practical suggestion for developing the coaches＇ innovation ability and the sport of ice hockey in the most beautiful ice hockey city.
