摘要
以S品牌的营销员工为研究对象,以培训理论、工作满意度理论为基础,采用文献研究、专家访谈、问卷调研等研究方法,主要进行了服装企业营销员工的培训体系指标构建、培训满意度与S品牌营销员工作满意度的关系和S品牌营销员工培训体系构建策略方面的研究.
The marketing staff in Brand S was selected as object to study the marketing staf ftraining index system of apparel industry, the relationship between training satisfaction and job satisfaction of Brand S marketing staff and construction of staff training system strategies based on literature study, expert interview, questionnaire survey and other research methods.
