摘要
利用二甲基亚砜为溶剂,对超高相对分子质量聚丙烯腈(UHMWPAN)进行溶胀研究.研究发现UHMWPAN的溶胀过程实质是不同层次结构逐渐被舒解的过程,UHMWPAN聚合物颗粒在溶胀溶解前必须充分研磨,颗粒越小越好,才能使溶胀更加充分.溶胀正交实验结果表明:UHMWPAN/DMSO溶液体系中,固含量对溶胀影响最大,溶胀时间对溶胀影响较小,溶胀温度对溶胀有一定的影响;UHWMPAN的溶胀应阶段进行,溶胀体系应该逐步升温,并在38℃,44℃和52℃分别保温30 min;溶胀温度不能超过60℃,以防止溶解提前发生.
In this paper, the swelling process of ultra-high molecular weight polyacrylonitrile(UHM- WPAN) in dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO) was investigated. It was found that the swelling process of UHMWPAN in DMSO was in fact an unfastening process of the various kinds of aggregation struc- tures of the UHMWPAN. In order to make UHMWPAN fully swelling, the polymer particles should be grinded to sizes as smaller as possible before swelling. The results of the orthogonal experiments for swelling revealed that though the time and temperature showed certain influence on swelling, the solid content of UHMWPAN was the predominant factor. The swelling of UHMWPAN should be per- formed in a step by step manner. The swelling temperature should be increased gradually form 38 ℃ to 44 ℃ to 52℃ and remained for 30 min at each temperature. In addition, the swelling temperature should not be higher than 60 ℃ in order to prevent dissolving occurring ahead of swelling.
