摘要 长江路热力站为所带区域的暖气片用户和地暖用户供热,其中地暖用户采暖良好,但暖气片用户整体不热,部分用户室内温度仅为10℃左右.对系统进行诊断,同时对换热器、循环泵、补水泵进行校核,结果表明地暖系统供回水管接法不当导致暖气片系统循环不畅、循环泵选型偏小,需进行改造.将地暖系统供回水管接入集水器,同时更换暖气片系统循环泵,解决系统循环不畅、冷热不均的问题.经改造后,该区域冷热不均问题大大改善. The heating station on Changjiang road supply heat for its radiator users and the users of floor heating.The heating effect of floor heating is good,but the radiator heating is integrally poor,and indoor temperature of some users is only about 10 ℃.To find the reason,we diagnose the system and check the heat exchanger,circulating pumps and supplement pumps.The findings show that the connection of supplying and returning pipes of the floor heating system is wrong,which causes that the system is not smooth and the type specification of circulating pumps is too small.As a result,it's necessary to transform the system,in which the supplying and returning pipes are connected with the water collector manifold,and the circulating pumps of radiator system are changed so as to solve the problems unsmooth system and unbalanced heating.After the transformation,the situation has improved greatly.
