摘要
大众化教育背景下,学生的学业问题日益突出。以南京邮电大学为例,我国高校的学业预警机制建构存在政策引导力不足,缺乏科学的反馈跟踪机制;缺乏明确的学业预警评估机制等困境。基于此,需要建立多元主体的参与机制;建立学业预警信息管理平台;注重因材施教,探索"教学分层次、过程化管理"的教学新模式。
Under the background of popular education, students' academic problems are becoming more and more prominent. Taking Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an example, the academic warning mechanism construction of China's colleges and universities is lack of policy guidance, lack of scientific feedback tracking mechanism, lack of clear academic early warn- ing evaluation mechanism and so on. Based on this, need to establish multi subject participation mechanism; the establishment of early warning information management platform; focus on individualized, explore the teaching level and process management of the new teaching mode.
