Ⅰ类切口围术期患者预防用抗菌药物处方点评的相关指标分析

Analysis of Related Index of Preventions with Antibiotics Prescriptions Comment in Patients with Type Ⅰ Incision of Perioperative Period

目的:分析Ⅰ类切口围术期患者预防用抗菌药物处方点评的相关指标,供围术期患者抗菌药物的合理使用参考。方法:选择2014年11月—2015年10月间收治的Ⅰ类切口手术病例300例作为研究组,并与按照原有处方点评方法点评的Ⅰ类切口手术完整病例300份作为对照组,比较和分析Ⅰ类切口围术期患者预防用抗菌药物以及药物使用是否合理等指标。结果:研究组的住院患者抗菌药物使用率、住院患者抗菌药物使用强度、Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用率以及Ⅰ类切口手术预防使用抗菌药物时间不超过24 h的比例明显低于对照组(P<0.05);接受抗菌药物治疗住院患者微生物检验样本送检率在处方点评方法改进前后经组间比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过改进处方点评方法,使得Ⅰ类切口围术期患者预防用抗菌药物的百分率显著下降,也提高了抗菌药物合理利用率,确保临床安全用药。

Objective： To analyze the related indexes of prescriptions of antibiotic in patients with type Ⅰ incision during perioperative period,and to provide a reference for rational use of antimicrobial agents during perioperative period. Methods： A total of 300 cases of incision type Ⅰ incision between November 2014 and October 2015 were selected as the study group and other 300 cases of incision type I operation according to the original prescription method were selected as control group. Type Ⅰ incision perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics was compared and analyzed, indicating whether the drug use was reasonable and or not. Results： The rate of antimicrobial use in hospitalized patients, the intensity of antimicrobial use in hospitalized patients, the rate of antimicrobial prophylaxis in patients with type Ⅰ incision and the time of prevention of antibiotic use in group type Ⅰ in study group were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the rate of microbiological examination in hospitalized patients before and after the improvement of the prescription evaluation method（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： By improving the prescription method, the use of antimicrobial agents for prevention in patients with type Ⅰ incision during perioperative period was significantly decreased, the rational utilization rate of antimicrobial agents was also improved and clinical safety was guaranteed.
