摘要
目的:分析医院儿科患者常见超说明书用药的合理性及其案例,为临床儿童安全用药提供参考。方法:采用循证分析法,探讨医院近年来住院患者医嘱中药物超说明书用药的合理性。结果:临床上用药超说明书情况有其合理性;根据2015年《超说明书用药专家共识》内容分析有无循证方面的依据,以免产生不必要法律纠纷。结论:临床药师应积极参与药物超说明书用药的管理,为临床医生提供科学合理的用药建议。
Objective： To analyze the rationality of drug usage of clinical common super-specifications in pediatric patients and its cases,and to provide a reference for clinical child safety administration. Methods： Using the method of evidence-based,the hospital medication of super-specifications in hospitalized patients in recent years and the doctor＇s advice of the rationality of drug use have been explored. Results： Clinical medication of super-specifications has its rationality.According to the 2015 ＂super manual medicine expert consensus＂ content and on the basis of analysis on the presence of evidence-based, were avoided unnecessary legal disputes. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists should actively take part in the management of the drug super-specifications medications, and provide the suggestions of scientific and reasonable medications to clinicians.
