Exploration of Clinical Pharmacist Teaching Pattern in Infectious Diseases Specialized Hospital

目的:探索传染病专科医院临床药师培训基地的带教方法,为传染病专科医院临床药师培训提供参考。方法:以临床药师培训大纲为依据,结合医院实际情况,回顾总结临床药师培训模式。结果:专科医院扬长避短,结合传染病诊疗特色,完善基础设施建设,加强师资队伍建设;培训过程中根据学员特点因材施教,将理论与药学实践相结合,同时以单一病种为基础,引导学员发散性学习,扩大知识面;考核采用网络理论答题及病区药学监护相结合的方式,保证了教学效果。结论:专科医院应当强化以患者为中心的药学实践,确保教学质量的提高。

Objective： To explore the clinical pharmacist teaching pattern in infectious diseases specialized hospital and to provide a reference for training clinical pharmacist in specialized hospital. Methods： According to clinical pharmacist training outline,the teaching pattern of clinical pharmacist was reviewed and analyzed. Results： Based on the advantages in infectious diseases treatment, in the training base infrastructure construction was improved and teaching staff was strengthened. A combination of theory and pharmacy practice was developed and divergent thinking was cultivated to expand knowledge. The assessment conducted online examination and pharmaceutical monitoring to assure teaching effectiveness. Conclusions： Specialized hospital should strengthen the patient-centered case study in practice to improve teaching pattern and quality.
