舒肝解郁胶囊与富马酸喹硫平对精神分裂症患者抗抑郁的临床疗效评价

Clinical Efficacy of Anti-depression of Shuganjieyu Capsule Combined with Quetiapine Fumarate in Schizophrenia Patients with Depression

目的:评价舒肝解郁胶囊与富马酸喹硫平对精神分裂症患者抗抑郁的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年7月—2016年5月间收治的精神分裂症伴抑郁患者90例;按入院顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例;对照组患者给予富马酸喹硫平治疗,观察组患者给予舒肝解郁胶囊与富马酸喹硫平片联用治疗,比较两组患治疗后PANS、STESS及HAMD评分值的变化情况。结果:治疗后观察组患者的总有效率为91.11%高于对照组为75.55%(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者PANSS评分值较治疗前均稍有下降,但经组间比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2,4和8周时观察组患者HAMD评分值低于对照组(P<0.05),TESS评分值经组间比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用舒肝解郁胶囊与富马酸喹硫平联用治疗精神分裂症患者抗抑郁患者,能有效缓解抑郁症状,安全性较高。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of anti-depression of Shuganjieyu capsule combined with quetiapine fumarate in depression patients with schizophrenia. Methods： 90 patients depression patients with schizophrenia treated during July 2015 and May 2016 were divided into observation group and control group（45 cases of each group）.The control group were given quetiapine fumarate, while the observation group patients were given quetiapine fumarate and Shuganjieyu capsule. The PANS, STESS and HAMD score values in two groups of patients were compared. Results： The effective rate of observation group was 91.11%, significantly higher than that of the control group75.56%, a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Two groups of PANSS score after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, and significant difference（P〈0.05）, but the comparative difference between groups was not significant（P〉0.05）; 2, 4, 8 weeks after observation group HAMD scores significantly lower than the control group, significant difference（P〈0.05）. Comparison of two groups of TESS scale has no obvious difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The effective alleviate symptoms of depression and the security were higher in using Shuganjieyu capsule combined with quetiapine fumarate in depression patients with schizophrenia.
