RAGE和HMGB1在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中晚期糖基化终末产物受体(receptor for advanced glycation end products,RAGE)和高迁移率族蛋白B1(high mobility group box 1,HMGB1)的表达水平。方法:收集经手术治疗、术后确诊为乳腺浸润性导管癌患者的肿瘤切除标本40例,采用免疫组化检测RAGE和HMGB1的表达,并分析影响表达的相关因素。结果:40例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中RAGE阳性表达率为72.5%(29例),HMGB1的阳性表达率为75.0%(30例)。RAGE和HMGB1在浸润性导管癌中的表达与肿瘤直径、淋巴转移、组织分级和临床分期有关,肿瘤直径越大、淋巴结转移、组织分级越高、临床分期越高,则RAGE和HMGB1表达越明显。结论:RAGE和HMGB1在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中具有较高的阳性表达率,且表达程度与肿瘤直径、淋巴转移、组织分级和临床分期有关。
