邻苯二甲酸二丁酯印迹聚合物的制备及其吸附性能研究

摘要 以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)为模板分子、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂、乙腈为溶剂,采用沉淀聚合法制备分子印迹聚合物(MIPs),并利用扫描电镜及红外吸收光谱法对MIPs进行表征,采用Scatchard和Langmuir模型进行分析。结果表明:(1)印迹聚合物对模板分子存在2类不同结合位点,一类结合位点的解离常数K_(d1)=0.053 g/L,最大表观结合量Q_(max1)=27.3 mg/g;另一类结合位点的解离常数K_(d2)=0.16 g/L,最大表观结合量Q_(max2)=42.8 mg/g。(2)吸附过程较好地满足Langmuir吸附方程,饱和吸附量为31.7 mg/g。 With dibutyl phthalate (DBP) as the template molecule, methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer, ethylene glycol two methyl acrylate (EGDMA) as crosslinking agent, using acetonitrile as the solvent, Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) were prepared by precipitation polymerization. The MIPs was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and infrared absorption spectroscopy. Scatehard and Langmuir model were used for analysis. The results showed that: ( 1 ) The imprinting polymer had two different binding sites for the template molecule, the dissociation constant(Kd1 )was 0.053 mg/mL and the maximum apparent binding capacity( Qmax1 ) was 27.3 mg/g. While for the other binding site, the dissociation constant(Kd2 ) and the maximum apparent binding capacity( Qmaxa ) were 0. 16 mg/mL and 42.8 mg/g. (2) The adsorption process can well satisfy the Langmuir adsorption equation, and the saturated adsorption capacity is 31.7 mg/g.
