我国为老服务中的人文关怀现状与对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Humanistic Concern in Service for the Old in China

随着我国人口老龄化的加剧,各种为老服务项目在全国各地如火如荼地开展起来。同时,老年人及其家属也对为老服务提出了更高要求,希望老年人能够在被尊重的环境中安度晚年。调查显示,我国为老服务中的人文关怀现状不容乐观,体现为缺乏与老年人的沟通交流,缺乏以人为本的整体照护,缺乏人文关怀的氛围以及人性化的管理。要提高我国为老服务中的人文关怀质量,需要增强对为老服务队伍人文关怀精神的教育和培养,建立为老服务中的人文关怀工作标准,增强对为老服务人员的人文关怀。

With aging problem getting serious in China, various kinds of services for the old are develo ping rigorously. In the meanwhile, old people as well as their family have put forward higher requirements, wishing them to spend a happy later life in the environment of being respected. The survey shows that the situation of humanistic concern in service for the old in China is not satisfactory. There is not enough communication, human-centered holistic care, environment of humanistic concern and management for the old people. The quality of humanistic concern in service for the old should be promoted, the spirit should be cul- tivated and standard be set up.
