摘要
高职学生中较为普遍地存在自我认知能力欠缺、宽容心不够、良好学习习惯缺乏、心理适应能力较差以及人际关系冲突较多等现状。基于高职生的人格特点,高职院校可以尝试开设积极心理学课程,加强沟通技巧和人际交往等相关课程的学习,实施"以学生为主体"的教学模式,同时应加强对高职教师教育心理学知识的培训。
The status quo that vocational students lack self-cognitive abilities, tolerance and good study habits with poor mental adaptability and many interpersonal conflicts is rather universal. Based on the personality traits of vocational students, vocational colleges can try to offer a positive psychology course and other related courses to enhance the learning of interpersonal communication skills, implement the "student-centered" teaching mode and strengthen the training of education psychology among vocational teachers.
