基于学生职业岗位体能需求的高职体育教学探析——以北京劳动保障职业学院为例

Analysis of Physical Education Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Physical Requirements of Students' Professional Posts——Setting Beijing Vocational College of Labor and Social Security as an example

高职院校的体育课程不仅要有普通高校体育课的功能,还应该有提升学生职业能力与职业素养的作用。为建设符合高职院校的体育课程,通过问卷调查、访谈、文献综述等方法调查北京劳动保障职业学院各专业的教师、学生、毕业生及体育教学领域的专家,调查不同专业的岗位姿态并分类,调查不同岗位姿态专业群的职业能力需求和学生体育课程需求,分析总结高职院校体育课程改革的思路,为高职院校的体育课程建设提供有效的改革依据。

Physical education in Higher Vocational colleges is of great importance, it not only has the same function of physical education in Colleges and Universities, but also plays the role of promoting students professional ability and professional quality. In order to construct the physical education curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges, a set of investigations, interviews and literatures summaries has been made among various groups, including teachers, students and undergraduates of Beijing Vocational College of La- bor and Social Security, experts in the field of physical education, different professional positions and their requirements for professional abilities, and the students＇ needs of physical education. They all can help to a- nalysis on the reform ideas of physical education curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges and then to provide an effective basis for the construction of physical education curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges.
