摘要
本课题主要研究MP3外壳双色注射模的设计,根据双色注射模的特点,对模具的浇注系统、成型零件、脱模装置、导向装置等进行了合理的设计。模具采用一模两件的双分型面模具,整体嵌入式型腔,镶拼式型芯;第一次注射采用潜伏式浇口,第二次注射采用点浇口进料;采用直流循环式冷却方式。
In the Project, it mainly focuses on the design of injection mould for bi - colour plastics and follows the char-acteristics of the injection mould for bi - colour plastics. Therefore, the design of gating system of the mould, the sha-ping of small devices, demoulding device and guiding device can be carried out properly. Usually, Two - parting - surf-ice - mould, fully embedded mould and mold core of combined structure are applied in the mould. In the process of thegating for the first time, subsurface gate is applied. In the second injection, point gating feeding will be applied. Also,concurrent recirculation is applied as the way of cooling.
