盾构机下穿既有铁路引起的地表沉降分析 被引量:1

摘要 盾构机对于隧道开挖具有重要意义,而盾构过程中引起的地表沉降具有重大危害,因此必须监测。以罗汉山2#竖井~福州火车站站区间采用矿山法加盾构法施工为例,采用数值模拟和现场监测对盾构过程中沉降进行监测。监测结果表明:沉降点累计最大沉降值为-7.12mm;日隆沉最大值为+4.23mm,均在地表沉降范围之内,建筑物监测点累计隆沉最大点累计沉降值为-9.39mm;日隆沉最大点隆沉为-3.29mm,盾构掘进的过程中,地面沉降主要发生在刀盘位置及盾尾的位置,盾构机掘进过程中对土体的扰动范围基本与隧道埋深相当。 Shield machine is of great significance for tunnel excavation, and the ground settlement caused by shield in theprocess of significant harm, so must be monitored. With Luo Hanshan 2 # shaft - between Fuzhou railway station shieldmining method is used to add construction as an example, the numerical simulation and field monitoring in the process ofshield subsidence monitoring. The monitoring results show that the points accumulated maximum subsidence value is7.12 mm; Sink their maximum is + 4.23 mm, all in the range of surface subsidence, building monitoring cumulativelong heavy maximum points accumulated subsidence value is 9.39 mm; This setting maximum lung is 3.29 mm, theprocess of shield tunneling, land subsidence mainly occurs in the cutter location and the location of the shield tail, in theprocess of shield tunneling on disturhanee range of tasic soil and tunnel buried depth.
