At present our coun-try is being in a modernization development stage and the urban residents continue to increase, housing supply and de-mand is more and more serious. Housing problem has become the focus of the society and the price is the key focus ofthe housing problem, the change of housing prices is not only related to the livelihood problem and whole development ofharmonious society, but also related to the vital interests of the residents.
