摘要
在对某农用机械配套柴油机进行曲轴系扭转振动分析及扭转减振器匹配研究中,发现严重的扭转振动。通过对安装V带轮和扭转减振器两种情况下的曲轴系扭转振动、整机噪声及整机振动进行试验测量和信号分析,确定了三者之间具有较强的相关性。试验表明,匹配良好的减振器能够大幅改善整机的NVH性能。该项研究既使工程技术人员认识到对非道路柴油机进行扭转振动研究的必要性,又使他们能够更深入地了解扭转振动是如何对整机振动噪声性能产生影响的。
The test measurement and signal analysis on torsional vibration of engine crankshafts,whole machine noise and vibration are carried on while the belt pulley or torsional damper is installed on the engine. And then a strong correlation is indentified among these signals. The experiments show that the NVH performance of the whole machine can be significantly improved by installing proper torsional damper. The research can not only make the engineers recognize the necessity of torsional vibration research,but also make the researchers deeply understand how the torsional vibration affect the whole machine vibration and noise performances.
