摘要
门锁加强板作为加强车门内板刚度的零件,其结构复杂,产品不允许出现缺陷,属于难加工类零件。针对门锁加强板的结构特点,首先通过CATIA建立了门锁加强板的三维模型,并制定了其冲压成形的工艺流程。同时为了确保门锁加强板能满足冲压成形工艺要求,利用AUTOFORM,采用有限元模拟分析的方法,对门锁加强板在实际加工中的情况进行了验证,最后得出成形极限图,从而验证门锁加强板冲压成形工艺的合理性,避免实际生产出现缺陷,进而提高模具的设计效率。
Based on the characteristics of the structure for door lock reinforced plate,CATIA is used to build threedimensional lock reinforced plate model,and the stamping process is designed firstly. In order to make sure that the door lock reinforcing plate can meet the technological requirements,the actual processing of the door lock reinforced plate is verified based on AUTOFORM and finite element simulation analysis. Finally,generating the limit diagram can verify the rationality of door lock reinforcement plate processing,avoid the deficits in practical production,and improve the efficiency of die design.
