大学文化力的体现及其教育功能

The Embodiment and the Educational Function of University Cultural Force

大学文化是大学的办学历史、教育理念、教育制度、人才培养、人文氛围、校园环境、地理位置、师生行为等因素的综合体现,而大学文化力是大学文化对于校内成员以及社会甚至政府的一种潜移默化的教化力和影响力。大学文化力具有历史积淀性、时代性和独特性三个特征,并且在精神文化、制度文化、物质文化和行为文化这四个层次产生影响力。大学文化力应该从真理之追求、全面人格之养成、现代公民之培养三个维度发挥文化育人的功能。从我国的当下语境和现实条件出发,可从三个方面着手提升大学文化力。

University culture contains factors like the university history, educational ideal, educational system, person- nel training, humanistic atmosphere, campus environment, geographical location, and the behavior of teachers and students, and the force of university culture is the imperceptible enlightenment and the influence of university culture upon school members as well as members of society and the government. The force of university culture has three characteristics： historical accumulation, temporal spirit and uniqueness; and has an effect at the following four levels： spiritual culture, system culture, material culture and behavior culture. The force of university culture should play a cultural educational function from three dimensions： the pursuit of truth, cultivation of humanity, and development of modern citizen.
