总结了2016年中国石油乙烯业务的发展情况,包括:各石化企业的乙烯产量、乙烯收率、双烯收率、加工损失率和燃动能耗等指标完成情况;以及原料优化、长周期运行、检修和技改技措工作的完成情况。提出了2017年各指标的具体目标和在优化原料结构、促进长周期平稳运行、深入开展节能降耗、做好装置检修方面的重点工作。
This paper summarizes the development of Petro China's ethylene business in 2016, including the ethylene production,ethylene yield,ethylene and propylene yields,processing loss ratio and energy consumption of its subordinate petrochemical enterprises,as well as the progress of tasks including feedstock optimization, long-term operation, maintenance, technical modification and technical measures. The specific targets in 2017 and the focus of work concerning feedstock structure optimization,long-term and stable operation of units, energy conservation,consumption reduction and unit maintenance are put forward.
